Stáisiún Grays
There is currently no lift access at Grays station as a new lift is being installed. Whilst there are no lifts available, step free access is still available to all platforms.Passenger Assistance is available for disabled customers, older customers and anyone with reduced mobility. This can be booked online up to 2 hours before travel or by speaking to a member of staff at the station.
Trains through Barking may be cancelled or revised. There will be no c2c service between Barking and Grays via Rainham (Essex), or London Overground service between Barking and Barking Riverside. More details can be found in the Disruptions area of the National Rail website.
